A study of Talent Acquisition Practices At Inforise Staffing Private Ltd
Abstract
Talent acquisition as a distinct job is a relatively new development in the field of Human resource
management. Recruiting is still an ambiguous function of an HR generalist in several firms. However, in
many companies, recruiting as a job description did not cover all of the responsibilities of the corporate
recruiter. To meet the complex and specialized functions, a new classification of talent acquisition was
required. Organizational talent forecasting, talent pipelining, and strategic talent assessment and development
are all form of contemporary talent acquisition. Inforise Staffing Pvt.Ltd., one of the largest global
recruitment, staffing, and executive search firms, is the subject of this study to get an understanding of the
various elements of Talent Acquisition Process.
