Impact of artificial intelligence involvement in human resource management on organization’s performance
Abstract
In this competitive world of industries its very essential for the companies growth to collect accurate data and analyzing collected data. In this case artificial intelligence play an important role to work faster and in a proper way. The use of artificial intelligence is in different types of department of an organization such as human resource management department, finance department, marketing and production department etc. with the help of artificial intelligence system all of the companies are able to predict their future performance and day to day activities within their work environment. When in the business there are lot of work pressure and workload that time all the managers understand how artificial intelligence is
important for an organization’s performance. The main objective of this research paper is to understand the importance of artificial intelligence in an organization and at workplace. Also it defines that how artificial intelligence effected human resource management department and to understand the benefits of artificial intelligence in HR functions. Artificial intelligence which is carried out various functions of human resource department where robotics companies can handle recruitment, selection, hiring, analyzing the data, collecting the data and reducing workload at workplace and provide a healthy work environment in an organization.
